DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

The goods purchased, together with the relative invoice, are delivered by courier to the address specified by the Customer when ordering online. Any specific needs must be proposed by the customer to IMAGO SRL. IMAGO SRL guarantees the delivery of the goods within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of receipt of the confirmation of the transaction.

Please also note that all products are made at the time of order according to the customer’s request, so delivery times may vary depending on the type of product.

In case of non-delivery due to absence of the recipient, at the address indicated in the order, the courier will leave a notice and try again a second time; if the recipient is still absent, the goods will be returned to the sender (IMAGO SRL).

WARRANTY OF CONFORMITY AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

The products purchased on the website www.creartdesignitaly.it are subject to the regulations on the sale of consumer goods. The products delivered conform to the characteristics illustrated on-line in the relative descriptive and technical sheets. IMAGO SRL is responsible to the customer for conformity defects existing at the time of delivery of the goods.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for the supply of customised and made-to-measure goods, such as those supplied by CreArtDesignItaly. Therefore, once the order has been concluded, the customer shall not have the right to withdraw from the concluded order.
